Theus has the ability to be a stat stuffer on the offensive end. He’s a natural point guard in a shooting guard’s body. He has good court vision and excels in transition; he has the potential to average double digit assists. As a scorer, he can get to the rim, shoots well off the dribble and is a decent shooter from 18+ feet. Because of his size and strength he’ll grab his fair share of rebounds for a point guard. Theus is only a serviceable defender right now; he sometimes struggles to stay in front of quicker point guards. He should be good at grabbing steals and playing passing lanes due to his long wingspan. Theus has the potential to be an all-star and will likely be one of the first guards taken on draft night.
