1. If you could have any roster in all of TMBSL right now (taking contracts into account), whose do you take?
Dilworth: Definitely the Nets. I really like Moses. He's my favorite player in the league and he's locked up for 6 years. Pairing him with Neon who still has three more years on his rookie deal and ML Carr who is on a great deal is a very nice threesome. Campy is a good addition but he unfortunately won't have birds on him. Scat will have enough cap room to offer a max and then some once Campy is gone. If he can sign a legit PG they might be the best team in the league in three years.
Dirt: I would say the Timberwolves only because I love me some nater -eaton and he has a shot to get one of the big 2 in next years draft. It would be hard not to pick DAL with Thompson and LAC with Magic.
Canes: I would take the Clippers. The key guys are all under contract long term and for all of Dirt's disappointment at Magic's first TC, the guy is a monster and an elite player in his second season. His team also has great balance and he has the luxury of being able to play Magic at any position on the floor. The only thing Dirt really needs to worry about is Pisstol's regression as he ages. While we are still early in 4.0, that defense is in borderline territory already.
Buster: Great question. I really like that Celtics roster dump has assembled in Boston. Free is a very sturdy PG, Brown is a solid SG, Adams is a superstar, Robinson is only 20 and putting up good numbers on great percentages, and the Lanier addition put them over the top. Outside of Brown, who is easily replaceable, all of the starters are locked up for 3 years or more. If dump doesn't get a title sometime in the next 5 seasons I don't see him ever winning one.

3. Who are your top 3 players in TMBSL right now?
Dilworth: Ahh this is tough. So many different ways this could go.
1. Magic
2. Thompson
3. Dr. J/Gervin/Alvan
Dirt:
Magic Johnson
David Thompson
George Gervin
no order
Canes: Magic: I don't know the history, but he might be the first guy to average a triple double in a season.
Thompson: guy does it all and still has A potential.
Alvan Adams: dump better not fuck this up.
Buster: Excellent question. I'm gonna go with:
1. Magic
2. Kenon
3. Walton
4. What are your thoughts on the new demerit system?
Dilworth: I don't really like it. Just seems like another thing we have to keep up with. I don't have an idea of how frustrating it is for Odin to deal with people messing up trades/DC's/etc. but this seems a little extreme to me. I don't see anyone actually getting enough to be punished though. I'm not totally against it. Indifferent I guess.
Dirt: I really dont care. I know the frurstration of doing hours of work just to sim and it say so and so has too many player.
Canes: I get it. People have already tried to take advantage of the rules and slip by with illegal rosters/depth charts. I feel like Odin should appoint someone to enforce the rules as well as keep track of everything just so its less work for Odin.
Buster: Outstanding question. I think it will be a good thing in that it should make people start paying better attention when making trades, setting their depth chart, and getting bids in. That said, I'm interested to see how it plays out if/when someone actually does have their pick drop or any of the other ramifications.

Sticking with the Gob Bluth theme...
6. Who is the easiest person for you to work with when it comes to making trades?
Dilworth: Probably trofie. He offers high which is nice and doesn't lead people on. It's usually a very simple yes or no from him. But I think there a lot of guys who are easy to deal with. And I honestly don't mind people who are hard to deal with as long as you aren't ridiculously lowballing me (RW).
Dirt: MJ by far. The Commish Brotherhood helps out. Quick and Easy, how i like my women.
Canes: Dilworth is great to work with. He offers are fair and he doesn't make you wait long for a response, can't ask for more than that.
Buster: Wow, what a question. Probably VedderJohn. Going back to 2.0 it's always been easy for me to dealing with Ved. More often than not he or I will inquire on someone, we'll come to an agreement, and a trade is posted after only exchanging a few PM's. I'm not someone who's easy to work with so that's a nice change of pace.
7. Who is the most difficult?
Dilworth: Mops was the worst by far. Canes didn't help himself recently but I understood that situation. RW always has the most awful offers. I'll go with RW.
Dirt: Buster here lately...It took me forever on xbox live chat to give him the farm for Gladyr and Sene to add them to Lebron. Canes honorable mention. We've had it out ever since 2.0 protections and him calling me out by copy and paste in a pm, funny part was the pick was a forefit lotto or top 15 i can't remember.
Canes: It used to be Mops, now it is Me. I know I am tough to work with and people get frustrated. Even when I tried to keep things as simple as possible with the McAdoo trade, it still got complicated because every offer I got was almost exactly the same. I know some GM's left frustrated, but it is what it is.
Buster: Amazing question. I've made quite a few trades with him, but Devine can be a real pain in the ass. Seems like almost every trade I've ever made with him we've come to an agreement then he'll drag his feet and try and do something else before finally agreeing to the trade we'd pretty much came to terms on 3 days before.
8. What is the best move you've made so far?
Dilworth: The Truck trade worked out really well for me. I traded my '03 and '04 for expiring Truck and ending up resigning him to a really good deal and he's improved very nicely, B+ A- C+ A- A- A makes me very happy. Yet to be determined is the McAdoo deal where I gave up McGinnis, '05, '06 for McAdoo, Collins, and my '03. Value wise it looks great but it will depend on McAdoo's future success and if I can resign Collins.
Dirt: When i found out we could trade out picks for certain amount of futures i decided to just wait and trade my players and tank for Magic.
Canes: Best move so far would probably be getting 2 firsts and High for ML Carr. Hopefully High continues to develop. I have also gotten very lucky in the draft so far. Without having a top 10 pick, I have been able to pick up 2 guys who are starter quality and King looks very promising.
Buster: Fantastic question. I haven't really made any great trades so I guess I'll go with my acquisition of numerous draft picks. I have 13 picks (including my own) in the next 5 drafts and had 4 in last seasons draft. Outside of that I guess tanking last year and picking up Grant Hill was the best move I've made.
9. What is the worst move you've made so far?
Dilworth: I don't know. The only moves I've made were trading for Truck and trading for McAdoo/Collins. My worst was probably maxing Billy Knight. (Editor's note: fuck you Dil)
Dirt: FML Gilmore. I traded Webster who is a younger Gilmore and solid A+ defender Lionel Hollins. I hated not having picks and having a chance to lose them in FA this off-season. On the other hand i wasn't expecting Gilmore to drop his FG% like he has. I was overwhelded with the oppurtunity of having such a stud i forgot about the potential of what i already had.
Canes: Worst move would be not finding someone to play 2nd fiddle to Bob. I failed miserably at it and now I am rebuilding
Buster: Riveting question. Probably drafting Vinnie Johnson at 1.9. I'm not sure there was much talent at that point and beyond in the draft, but Johnson definitely appears to be a bust and has only gone something like +3 in two TC's. I was hoping he would get a bump at PG and could possibly turn into my PG of the future, but at this point he doesn't even look like a future 6th man.
10. Who is the most overrated player in the league?
Dilworth: I really don't think Artis is that good for his contract. He'll always be a defensive force but his offense seems to be very 2.0 Wilt-esque.
Dirt: I would say Gilmore he really has fallen off. I'm not sure if its because he's playing with other solid players or his inside went down in TC. He is a great defender no doubt but was expecting better production when I traded for him. I'im constantly changing my style of play to improve his game but haven't found that right set-up yet.
Canes: Darryl Dawkins. Guy is on a max contract with B/D scoring grades. RW better hope that B potential and some TC/RC love can get him to B+/C- or the last few years of that contract are going to be very ugly
Buster: Jesus Christ that's a great question. If we're going off contract I'd go with Chocolate Thunder, Darryl Dawkins. Otherwise I'd go with Billy Paultz. His FG percentage has never been too great, he doesn't score a ton or grab a whole lot of boards, and he doesn't block too many shots. He's a very good, solid player, but nothing more than a #2 or #3 player on a title contender IMO.
