Uhh...was that in this game? I must have missed it. SPL thinks ADHD drugs make you bone cats. I have no idea how I missed that. Pretty hot take.

compltely random thought here:
know its completely random game but I feel like the odds of SPL being Mafia 3 straight games has to be very low
now that doesnt mean anything in the grand scheme of things

There's also no way it's worse. Eric has literally announced he will game throw every game. I am now gamethrowing as well, but I am not defining it as literally every game, just until Eric stops. what i said was i would always announce when i was mafia. this helps the people on my team 70% (or so) of the time and hurts them 30% of the time. what you're doing is hurting the people on your team 70% of the time and not helping them the other 30% because the mafia would be targeting me anyway. 70% - 30% > -70% so what this tells me is 30% of the time you throw the game. in pretty much any team game if you spend 30% of the time throwing you will be banned. In all honesty, I will vote off of Eric when I see someone worth voting. I just wanted to vote on him off the start because his style of play annoys the hell out of me and makes me want to kill my neighbors cat.

Based on the same logic as last game, I will vote with Eric round one. He's half heartedly acting like the cop (by asking for bodyguard protection) which is weird. Either he's telling us again in the beginning of day 1 what he is or he's throwing a big smokescreen. Weird move if he's vanilla civ.

A known civ is good target for mafia. It neutralizes the benefit of us knowing Eric is a civilian. Plus we have a chance to get M1 with a Bg kill.

He has asked for bodyguard protection every game there has been a bodyguard (one of which he was the bodyguard) because in his eyes he is a known civilian and an obvious target for the mafia since he has gained some credibility as "I can not tell a lie, I chopped down the cherry tree" type of player.

Based on the same logic as last game, I will vote with Eric round one. I will most likely vote in the same patern, I am just on eric because his play style annoys me.

So he's basically playing the exact same way each time hoping for it to work when he's mafia? The "I can not tell a lie" scheme? Bold move.

eric is so ridiculously self-serving in a team game. he's 2015 Kobe.

While Eric's play style is insulting to our intelligence, those three votes for him are incredibly anti-town at this point in the game and I would encourage those voting for him to change their votes so it isn't misconstrued and incorrectly held against you later in the game.
It would be bad for us as a town if we not only voted a known civ out but then wasted rounds on those who voted for him later thinking they were mafia.
Eric's play style is what it is at this point and it isn't illegal, so don't dig the town a deeper hole because it rubs you the wrong way.

So he's basically playing the exact same way each time hoping for it to work when he's mafia? The "I can not tell a lie" scheme? Bold move. i'm the only person so far that has told the truth when it didn't benefit me. as such, i have presented the most evidence of being reliably truthful. eric is so ridiculously self-serving in a team game. he's 2015 Kobe. the strategy is good for any other given player on average too, because most of the time the other given player won't be mafia. we've never even had a game where my strategy was established and i was mafia. that people are jumping to conclusions about what such an act constitutes tells you more about them than about my strategy
