Quieter? Maybe not but you've done nothing as far as contributing any theories or bringing noteworthy actions forward - you've just lurked in the shadows. I play the same game every time. You and Pete seemed to have a good thing going with the theory you were proposing and Heebs was also chiming in with some of his thoughts. Heebs has seemed to be the most suspicious the entire game from what I've seen. Well the point is that type of gameplay does nothing to help the town and what I have vowed to make sure we don't let through moving forward (delap being alive at the end last game despite us having no info on him was a big mistake for the town). So whether you play that way every time or not, we shouldn't let people not giving their opinions on who the mafia is stick around. |

Pete's reason is sound - he is the only one we know isn't the bodyguard which makes it lower risk. Finally, I wanted to get some type of reaction out of TimPig and him voting for fecta instead of protecting himself by voting for me seems honorable.
Buys him at least another day for me.

Food for thought - Heebs has been radio silent since his name came off the chopping block when I changed my vote. Interesting that he seems to be very active if he is under fire but when we are focused on anyone else he has been absent.

heebs if he is still going to be this dumb. Keeping the possible vigilante around for Night 4 was why I moved off him, but if he is still deadest on me he is just going to waste the kill on a civ anyway which makes keeping him around so he can kill an extra civ pointless.
I'm putting my vote where my biggest lean is.
If I die, for the love of god town members - LISTEN TO PETE. He is not only our only confirmed civ but he is also the best player on this board at this game IMO. He has a good ability to stay rational and even keel.
He has correctly noticed that my behavior is not something worthy of lynching at this point - something that SPL and Herb have failed at even if they are civs. Their judgment has not been strong and pete is verified. Listen to him.

Don't even care if I die at this point - we would just waste our night 4 vigilante kill on me anyway (Heebs is stubborn enough and values his own opinion so highly that he will ignore pete and others). Plus, pete will be more than able to develop any of the strategy I would have assisted with.
Bodyguard should protect pete IMO.

TimPig, fecta and myself all passed up opportunities to self preserve.
I think JHB's PM was false flags on both Heebs and fecta at this point. Look at delap and SPL since this round makes fecta TimPig and myself look clean

So the explanation could be that SPL is the mafia and the three guys on the block are civs willing to die for the RNG of hitting a mafia.

I am not sure to be honest now, I was most suspcious of 20s from day 1 and him bouncing around on people this past round. It just seemed like he was trying to fish for a response from the BG. I thought he was playing like Pete from a few games ago where he was trying to rally and lead the town down the wrong path.

Those three spots are fecta, SPL, and Tim.
Tim and Fecta could have voted to save themselves and did not. That was either because they were civs and didn't mind the RNG or because they are mafia and thought a 1/3 chance of dying was worth the risk vs saving themselves (obviously killing a civ) and bringing suspicion on to themselves.
SPL has been very quiet and was the only person other than me and Pete not on the block. If Fecta and Tim are both civs, then SPL is mafia and he didn't care who died.
Fecta was in the "botched" PM from JHB. That eas either a big mistake or an intentional ruse. JHB is savvy enough to make it a ruse, but it's a huge gamble.
We have two lynchings left. I think we've got to go with SPL and then Fecta.

Ok, so a couple of thoughts here on what I'd consider our remaining candidates.
Heebs - I'm not really sure this one needs any explanation...
Fecta - The JHB fake PM was terrible and he could be playing the reverse psychology role. Too easy to see through, and IMO makes Fecta look sketchier for being the one implicated.
SPL - Not on the chopping block at all last round and laid pretty low while letting everyone else go at it. Made sense to let the town fight and kill each other off.

I feel that heebs is most likely this vigilante role
After that we have fecta and timpig. JHB tried to throw fecta under the bus with that "pm" that he leaked.
