all things considered the only real evidence we have that BK is russian is petes word and billy's subsequent flip out, which makes sense, but at the same time the next russian policy passed results in an arrest, so i don't really see the harm in voting in billy. as pete said he's not hitler, and he either gets locked up or passes an american policy and we win.

or i'm just pointing out that we're in a no lose situation no matter what happens with this election. either pete is lying and billy is american, and would therefore either pass an american policy if given one, or pete is lying and billy is american and is given all russian policies, then we can lock up whoever, or pete is telling the truth and billy passes a russian, and we lock him up, or we elect no one, spl nominates you and we pass an american policy and win next round, or if you're given all russians next round, then we get to lock someone up
