I think we need to have a discussion about software and the build for it... get a bought-in commish... and a start date.
I'd really like 4.0 to have at least 2 more seasons... but who knows if that will happen.

right, but this software has it's own issues that we all know about. A newer software allows for more intrigue and fewer identical team-building strategies. Hopefully a new software is less racist, too.

The software doesn't have limitations, us creating players to block shots at 3x the rate of what happens in real life has limited the software
There were teams that were led by great bigs in 2.0
