Going to do power rankings for this year's rookie class after every 30 sim days. Rankings will be based more on stats rather than grades and potential.
Preseason Top 10
1. Benji Wilson SF 19 6'8'' 180 B B+ C+ B C A
Numbers aren't incredible for the #1 pick but he looks solid in everything but 3PT% which should easily improve. Interested to see what he does once he is a top scoring option for the Cavs.
2. Roy Tarpley PF 21 6'11'' 265 B C D+ B+ B A
Didn't get starter's minutes but he did produce and looks to be good at everything. Those shooting percentages should be really encouraging for Taco.
3. Brad Daugherty C 20 7'0'' 270 A- C- C- B A- B
Looks to be a good scorer but the rest of his numbers are a bit underwhelming and his block/turnovers are alarming. Hopefully it was just a weird preseason and those turnovers drop down to 2 per game otherwise he looks like Grant Hill at center.
4. Chris Washburn C 20 6'11'' 250 B+ D+ C- B C+ B
Solid offensive numbers but would like to have seen him get more blocks and steals. Could be a 15 PPG scorer this season with more minutes.
5. Len Bias SF 21 6'8'' 230 B- B+ C B+ B- B
"At least he made it to TC."

6. William Bedford C 22 7'0'' 240 B- D+ D+ B+ B B
He only played in one game this preseason but he was great. He won't keep up that FG% but he could be a solid rebounder and shot blocker this season.
7. Buck Johnson SF 22 6'7'' 195 B+ B- C C+ C+ B
Didn't get much PT but shot well when he played. Looks like he could be a solid SF with more minutes.
8. Jeff Hornacek SG 23 6'3'' 190 C+ A- B B- D+ B
Decent preseason for Hornacek. Looks he could be a future PG with that handling grade and only .9 TOPG. Would expect him to shoot better than 42.2% with that A- outside grade.
9. Mark Price PG 21 6'0'' 170 C+ A- B B- C- A
He didn't get much time but everyone else in the class sucked or didn't get any PT. Will be interesting to see when he misses his first free throw.
10. Max Willis C 22 7'4'' 286 C+ D+ C A- C+ B
He only made the list due to those 2 blocks a game in 17 minutes. Probably will be his last appearance in the top 10.

Ron Harper, Drazen Petrovic, Chuck Person, Dell Curry and Dennis Rodman didn't get any playing time during the preseason.
He'd be a great prospect if he blocked some shots. Right now he looks like another Chris Mihm.
