Is there any reason for the vigilante (assuming that's the answer here) to announce and get BG protection? Is that role really that useful? I don't think so. If and when JHB is executed, assuming there's only one mafia left, I think we're better off only killing one person a day as town |

quit hating, the secret role is fine. My guess is it's aiming ot balance things out a little since there were three mafia power roles and only two civ ones

I would recommend the town kill Heebs next to prevent him from losing you the game with this power. |

odin keeps pointing at me with nothing. odin is a good suspect for the godfather. Odin does this to everyone though. He accuses with certainty and ends up doing it to a majority of the people. I end up mostly just putting no weight on when he accuses someone now |

To avoid me getting voted out Day 3, here is the post I was writing that I stopped writing to ask the question that gave me away and caused JHB to confirm for everyone that I am a civilian. I'll write more about this later, but for now I'm posting it cut/paste quickly for the sake of credibility.

Ok.
I am the vigilante.
I have one shot left, which I cannot use until night 4. I am aligned with the town.
I killed Bankz because he was a late vote to delap to give him three votes to tie GBG. I knew GBG was mafia. I had a feeling Delap, who voted to save himself and could have voted for JHB (didn't know at the time JHB was mafia), was a civ. So Bankz was the person I thought most likely was mafia. Plus I really enjoyed killing Bankz. It was more satisfying than it should have been and I kind of enjoy it more now knowing how pissed he is in the dead civ PM.
Given that Pete is nothing more than a verified civ since he cannot uncover the godfather, I would appreciate BG protection through night 4. I'm open to input on how to

easy solution here. I'll investigate Heebs tonight. Bodyguard should protect me. Heebs investigation will tell me if he's a vigilante. If he doesn't get killed and I don't show him as the vigilante, then we know he's the don.
If he does get killed, we lose the opportunity to direct one extra death, which could help or hurt the town in the long run.
