Welcome to Secret Trump, the game where an informed minority (the Russians) tries to elect a maleable idiot President, while an uninformed minority (the Americans) tries to suss out the Russians and their mark.
Because there are 7 players, there are 2 Russians, Trump, and 4 Americans. Trump does not know who the Russians are.
The game consists of four phases.
Phase 1 is the election phase, in which the party leader nominates a Presidential candidate and all of the players vote to elect or not elect the candidate. The candidate cannot be the party leader, the party leader from the previous round, or the President (if any) from the previous round. If the candidate is elected, proceed to phase 2. If the candidate is not elected, the election has failed. If the election fails, the failed election tracker moves forward one and the game moves to phase 4. If there are 3 failed elections in a row, a Russian policy is automatically enacted and the election tracker resets. Tie votes fail.
Phase 2 is the legislative phase. The party leader is given three potential policies to enact (the policies are binary - either Russian or American, and are determined at random). The party leader discards one in secret and hands two potential policies to the President. The President chooses which of the two policies to enact. This moves the game to phase 3.
Phase 3 is the action phase. During the action phase, the current party leader may be able to make an action based on how many Russian policies have been enacted. The potential actions are:
Phase 4 is the discussion phase. This is the period before the next election phase. Players will be given a few hours to discuss in the forum the actions of the prior phases and their thoughts on who may be Russian, who may be American, and who is Trump. At the end of phase 4, the next party leader (in order) nominates a new candidate as the beginning of the next round's phase 1.
The win conditions are as follows:
There will be no set schedule and we will get in a cycle or two per day if possible. This game will be about my last priority in any given day. I may set a deadline, not be here for the deadline, and not process the phase until hours after the deadline. If that bothers you, or will bother you, I encourage you to not play.
I will likely give an hour for the party leader to nominate a candidate, 2-3 hours for all players to vote (by PM'ing me in secret, and I'll reveal all the votes at the same time), an hour for the legislative phase, 30 minutes for the action phase, and 2-3 hours for the discussion phase. In the case of a failed election, the discussion phase will likely be cut short as there will be less to discuss. These are very rough estimates and I will dictate the schedule at my own discretion.
Other miscellaneous rules and information:

Phase 3 is the action phase. During the action phase, the current party leader may be able to make an action based on how many Russian policies have been enacted. The potential actions are:
- After 2 Russian policies have been enacted, the party leader investigates a player's country allegience. He will be told via PM, and may choose to share this information (or lie about this information).
After 3 Russian policies have been enacted, the party leader picks the next party leader.
After 4 Russian policies have been enacted, the party leader must imprison a player. That player will be removed from the game.- After 5 Russian policies have been enacted, the party leader must imprison a player. That player will be removed from the game. Veto Power is now unlocked.
- Americans win if 5 American policies are enacted or if Trump is sent to jail.
- Russians win if 6 Russian policies are enacted or if Trump is elected President after 3 (or more) Russian policies have been enacted.

Other miscellaneous rules and information:
- Veto Power: Once the power is unlocked, the President may, after receiving his two policy choices, say "I wish to veto this agenda." The Party Leader then must accept or decline the veto. If the party leader accepts the veto, no policy is enacted and the election tracker advances by one. If the party leader declines the veto, the President must enact a policy normally.
- Don't be a bitch. ALL constructive input is encouraged (via private message during the game and publicly while we're not playing that game). Public bitching (i.e., not constructive input) will not be tolerated - either about other players or about how I administer this game.
- Outside communication will not be tolerated. The only exception to this is a simple text message that says "we are in phase [#] and your participation would be great."
