Pick a cardio centered workout program (walking, running, circuits, etc.) which can be found online for free and commit to it. The most important part is having a program and sticking to it. There's no magic formula to weight loss. It's just about consistent hard work. Start the diet by not drinking your calories.

i have really good self control with everything except for eating. portion control needs to improve drastically. i'm going to start meal prepping this sunday so we'll see how that goes.

Did you get a food scale yet? Spend 3 weeks being very precise/thorough about counting calories using a food scale and you'll never have to do it again because you'll have an outstanding idea of what a serving of the stuff you normally eats looks like.

No, the issue is we go out to eat way too much and then end up having leftovers to eat at lunch so that I keep eating shitty. My fiance makes my lunch and cooks dinner before I get home. On the days when I'm not taking left overs for lunch I just need to eat less at dinner. Also not ordering the worst thing health wise on the menu when we go out needs to be done.

When I was being really diligent about losing - I would only order salads when I went out to eat.
It was a double bonus because I wasn't eating crap and it really disincentivized going out to eat.

My weight is the same but I'm adding muscle a lot faster the last 3 weeks than I did the previous 3 months.
Could hardly finish my bench workout of 3 sets 15 reps of 125 and I'm up to 155lbs in 3 weeks. I'm deadlifting and Romanian lifting more all the while I'm able to plank for 60 full seconds where I could hardly do 30 seconds June 1st.

Checked around and the cheapest they had it 1,200.00 so good deal for those looking...

I live a mile from the ocean so the plan is to walk/jog/run that along with cutting all soda and other terrible drinks. I'm replacing the drinks by drinking more kombucha since I have found flavors I enjoy. Also no more fast food trips and things like that.
