For the sake of public shaming, I came in at 225.4 last Friday.
Will weigh in again today after my run. Hoping to get to 215 pretty quickly, and then work to get back below 200.

i'm down to 290. was 305 a few weeks ago when i finally weighed to see how far off of my diet i had gone. I'm very pleased with my progress.

in hindsight i should have been seeing a doctor about one of those i'm a fatass surgeries during my weight loss. i'm really struggling to lose anything now.

While it's true i'm not fat enough to be round that doesn't mean i'm happy with where i'm at.
