I was doing really well at the start of the year. I was motivated to lose weight for the trips we had in the year. In Feb the wife and I went to Pompano Beach FL for a trip that I won through work, then in April I took her to Puerto Rico on another trip that I won and in June, I took her and the kids on a cruise (Western Carribean) followed by a week in Florida (Universal Studios/Sea World/Beach) I got myself from 280 to 235. I was lifting, jogging and working out 4-5 days a week. Then in May, I tweaked my back and I have discovered that I have bulging disks in my back. I had to stop working out. Kids then got into all their activies and I was consistantly on the move and I ate out of convience (fast food) and I am now back up to around 270.
Shitty thing is that I still cannot work out, I go in December for back surgery. So for me to lose weight, I have to do it by eating right and light work outs (walking, bike riding). I have 2 trips that I have won again through work feb and april again (Captiva Island in Florida and Playa del Carmen Mexico). I really would like to drop pounds so I don't look like a whale.

I was waiting on you fuckers but no more...
As of November 1st I was 240 lbs... Holy fuck.
So I started my diet and exercise...
I've cut out all Soda, Espresso, Sugar drinks possible. Doing water only. Sorry liquor and Redd's I'll see you at 190.
I also have stopped eating past 11pm.
Two small steps but the first two to right the ship.
I figured if I make to many changes I will hate it and go back to my evil ways.
I do a treadmill session every other day... Nothing crazy. about 30-45 minutes.
I will continue to post updates as I hopefully start to improve.

Nice going Bankz.
I hit a pretty big meh period the month of october that I'm working my way out of. Still worked out 3-4 days per week but just not doing the proper cardio and started to eat whatever I wanted. I mean i still ate pretty well but I had pizza twice in like 10 days where I had it once in 4 weeks.

So I have gotten up to 192. Not big but easily the heaviest I've ever been. Just started going to a Crossfit gym about a month ago. It's been a lot of fun but I need to fix my diet to really see any changes.

I was really good over the summer, lose like 15 pounds
but I unfortunately have put some of it back on
so over the course of this month I am going to work on losing the weight, and maybe more, before the holidays come

I propose we start now - initial weigh ins are due 11/14.
Let's go a few months so people have a chance to get into a new lifestyle without giving up early (eg, if we stopped before Christmas, and someone had fallen behind the pack prior to thanksgiving, they might just say fuck it and eat all the mashed potatoes).
So 11/14 - February 13, 2016.
We'll use the TMB biggest loser authentication method. Take a topless selfy with the date and keep that shit to yourself for now. Take and post periodic pictures of your scale throughout the process. TMB says every week - I don't think we need to be so routine. Winner will be authenticated by sending to me your before and after topless selfy. I will confirm you have actually lost weight and then I will share your photos with RW because he would enjoy them.

considering this isn't for actual money, i'm cool with whatever. i'm not sure a shirtless photo is necessary because all thats going to do is make me feel bad about myself, but at the end of the day, i don't really care that much.

I actually did this over the summer, and you would be surprised how much looking at yourself in a photo can motivate you.
plus once I lost my weight it was interesting to see the difference in the pics
but my vote says start tomorrow since I am actually starting a diet with my girlfriend this week... that's my vote though
